Spooner Machine, Inc. has teamed with customers for over fifty years to build a variety of parts and equipment. Wonder how florescent light bulbs get recycled? Could be recycling equipment built by us. How about hardware on your door working over and over? Could be from testing equipment built by us. Or how trash gets taken away from a cleaning station? Could be from equipment built by us. Here are some examples of other projects we have under taken; catwalks, mezzanines, stairways and, dam components. All of these items and more have been completed for our customers through our joint efforts.

Drafting using Solid Works refines customer’s ideas into reality. We found using Solid Works as a design tool creates a direct benefit to the finished products success. This success comes from teaming your basic drawings or concepts within Solid Works design, resolving issues before they become problems. Layout concepts as well as structural design can be affirmed so you will receive what you want, the way you want it.

Job Shop

With our products and custom work, we have developed a strong understanding of quality control. We maintain your prints requirements to be consistent in parts we create. Combination of welding, machining, and fabrication in house serves our customers as a one stop problem solver. We take the load off of you to control the cost and quality. So when you receive a product you know it will be right and your real price.
