Warranty Agreement
Warranty Goal:
Our goal is to retain customers by building dependable quality products. We are proud of our employees and products we produce, we welcome any feedback from our customers. This warranty is to form an understanding between Spooner Machine, Inc. and our customers.
Spooner Machine, Inc. Warranty:
All products sold by Spooner Machine, Inc. are guaranteed to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year after date of delivery. Any part determined to be defective per customer specifications at time of production maybe returned to Spooner Machine, Inc for repair or replacement. It shall be Spooner Machine, Inc. option to repair, replace or credit customer for defective part.
Components Warranty:
Components used within construction of work performed by Spooner Machine, Inc., warranties will be in full effect. IE, (electrical motors, hydraulic motors) Spooner Machine, Inc. assumes no responsibility other then what these manufactures warranties are.
Liability Limit:
Spooner Machine, Inc. does not warrant design, suitability of use or failure due to normal use or misuse of our products or services. Liability by Spooner Machine, Inc. is limited to the value of the product or service provided by Spooner Machine, Inc. Spooner Machine, Inc. liability does not extend to incidental or consequential cost incurred.
Disposition:
Spooner Machine, Inc. will make its best efforts to take corrective action or make adjustments as quick as possible for all defects during the one year warranty period.
Acceptance:
Acceptance of customers, orders by Spooner Machine, Inc. constitutes acceptance of Spooner Machine, Inc. warranty policy by our customers.
Spooner Machine, Inc. will maintain in effect, insurance to protect products and completed operations in an amount no less than one million dollars.
